The length of the title for this topic must be ranging between 10 and 255 characters
should be between something like 3 and 25

Hm. I hadn't seen that message yet.
I'll look into it for sure.

EDIT: Found the spot to fix it. It is now 3-40 (sometimes you do need a little more).
